Aloha friends:
It's raining like cats and dogs here in Hawi this morning. We have had a dry spell for some time now, so this is welcome rain for farmers and homeowners alike.
The rain is not cooling off the interest in real estate opportunities. We have several showings set up for this afternoon, we sold a lot yesterday, and expect another home to sell next week.
