Pat spent the first 20 years of his career as a Technical Sales Representative for two different Fortune 100 corporations. In 1996 Pat become a Realtor in Manhattan Beach, California where he represented buyers and sellers of residential Real Estate until 2005. As a result of his exposure to an extremely volatile housing market and a challenging corporate career, Pat is a tenacious as well as resourceful Realtor.

Although Pat spent his childhood in Wisconsin, he has also lived in Colorado and Arizona as well as London (England). He moved to Manhattan Beach, California in 1984 where he and his wife lived until moving to Hawaii in 2005. Having bought or sold a variety of homes from a brand new townhome to a beach bungalow built in 1930 and everything in between Pat can relate to both the buying and selling experience.
