Chris Helmuth R(B)

Chris has been active in North Kohala Real Estate since 2005, first as a mortgage solicitor and then as a real estate salesperson with Kohala Pacific Realty.  Anticipating the potential opportunities in Kohala real estate in the coming decade, Chris merged his CS Financial Hawaii mortgage practice with Kohala Pacific Realty since 2010, putting Real Estate, Property management and Home Loans all under one convenient roof. 

Chris has a business degree from Pepperdine University and a masters from Fuller Theological Seminary.  He is active in the community as President of the North Kohala Community Resource Center, a fiscal sponsorship 501c3 non-profit with nearly 70 active community sponsored projects.  In addition to this, Chris is a past Vice President of the West Hawaii Mediation Center.  Chris lives in Kapaau with his wife Lise and their two daughters, Camille (8) and Ruby (6).
